legal or illegal now thats the ?
Ok folks here we go I was on the phone yesterday talking to a av rated attorney about the ga real estate laws. in conversation she tells me you cannot by law assign or make money on a house or property unless you are a licensed realtor. so I say to her well how are people wholesaling if it is not legal. She tells me unless you are the buyer- not bringing the buyer you cannot make money. Now im confused but im not dumb i see people doing wholesaling all in ga. so how are they doing it if its illegal. because the wholesaler is the assigner not the buyer. please as you explain to those who respond please break it down in laymans terms. Not trying to go to jail over anything thanks
