so i sent some yellow letters out and got a good response. The only thing is everyone wants what thier house is worth in this market. How am i supposed to find good deals if the people im running into are looking for almost full price...also how do you wholesale a home if a person owes a mortgage and the mortgage is more than the averaage reo? example...the homes in my area are selling for 20-50k if a reo.. if a cash guyer sees that im sure they would say hey 60 or 30 hmm 30 is cheaper i will take the 30..leaving me out of the game.. hope this makes sense..thanks

I am trying to build a buyers list. What do you do about buyers who wont show pofs.I dont want to go find properties for potential buyers and have them come back to me and say this is out of my price range. So i ask for pof up front. Just like realtors dont go house hunting with out pof. any pointers on how to handle this?
