Opening Escrow
Hey BP,
I'm still trying to put a property under contract, the seller is asking when I can open escrow.
Now do I open escrow with the earnest deposit on the purchase and sale agreement? Or should I wait till I have a assignment contract with a fellow Investor?

Open escrow as soon as you have a contract to purchase the property.
That way your title company can start looking into title issues, amount owed on mortgage...etc
