The Day In the Life of PT RE Wholesaler

BP,

Looking into launching my own wholesaling business next year. From what I can gather, this form of REI requires the least money but perhaps the most time/effort. My biggest challenge is going to be balancing this with life as a dad/sales rep/writer ect.. Needless to say, Xbox is probably going to have to go on vacation.

So my question is, what does the average day look like for a wholesaler who works full time? What are your biggest challenges?

Thoughts?

@James Danchus

A wholesaler is becoming an expert at marketing, negotiating, and networking.  The average day is spent analyzing deals, talking to sellers/buyers, and completing deals.  Wholesaling is a job that has no guarantee.  The biggest challenge IMO is staying motivated.  If you slack on your marketing, your deal flow will suffer.  Stay consistent with persistent marketing, persistent networking, and stay focused on 'money making activities'.
