I'm still a grasshopper to this field but not giving up! I've been trying wholesaling because primarily you don't really need money to start off. But!, its a whole lot harder then i had in mind, specially when you don't know anybody in this field (Dallas). So my question is, what would be the next step? What else should i try? Maybe try getting a loan and buying a house or just have it for rent? Im only 20 years old and i would like to get in touch with some experienced folks! Im anxious to learn! Lets connect!
