I'm still a grasshopper to this field but not giving up! I've been trying wholesaling because primarily you don't really need money to start off. But!, its a whole lot harder then i had in mind, specially when you don't know anybody in this field (Dallas). So my question is, what would be the next step? What else should i try? Maybe try getting a loan and buying a house or just have it for rent? Im only 20 years old and i would like to get in touch with some experienced folks! Im anxious to learn! Lets connect!

Ok so i've been doing my research and all but i don't think I'm 100% there yet. I'm trying to figure out what contract it is that we need when doing a wholesale. Is there a specific contract that we need or do we create it ourself? Im still new to this field but I'm anxious to find out whats on the other side of the wall!

Im located in the DFW area if anybody wants to link up

New member in the DFW metroplex ready to make big moves! Im 19 years young and really looking forward on making a killing in this new field! My goal is to have business every state in this country just because I'm open minded about a lot of things. I would be more then happy to converse with whom ever, or a quick guide on the field, BiggerPockets, or even if you would like to meet!
