Double Closing,Loan for the C Buyer, When does inspection happen?

Ok so this is my first attempt with this scenario.. I'm attempting to do a double closing between the bank and my self (AB) and then myself and a couple with a conventional loan with no seasoning requirement (BC).

My question is, when does the inspection happen for my C Buyers? I'm pretty sure every conventional loan has an inspection requirement. So would I just get the listing agent to open it up for me, so they can do their inspection? And then also have it opened so they can fix whatever they may flag, like fire detectors etc?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
