What is the nest step after Finding vacant properties?

Dear Community,

Struggling for my first deal, today while 'driving for dollars' I found some properties which seem vacant and also need some repair work. I have the addresses but I need to know the next step.

I think, I should now send them letters. How do we do that and how we can make them attractive.

All inputs will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Go to courthouse and purchase a list, or look up those properties on zillow and see if there is a link to your local tax office. There you can see owners name and address and verify Bd/Ba Sq ft ect. Go get it! Good luck!
