Need advice on my wholesaling deals
I have a wholesaler with deals under contract with him in Detroit area. I can negotiate lower price with him for my cash buyers. I need advice how to structure these deals to make money for me?

You negotiate a lower price with wholesaler with homes, you then market them to your end buyer and then have your buyer sign an assignment contract with you to buy them.
Good luck
