Hello,

I am a new rehabber in Orlando and am looking forward to networking with and learning from everyone.  I'm currently setting up a partnership with contractors to learn and get in to flipping quicker, and am trying to get the forms and negotiation angles in place for wholesaling.  Any help and comments are appreciated.  I'm all in as I already quite my job!  Cheers, Steve
