Hello those in Asheville,

I am interested in finding out more about the potential for flipping, buy and hold and the general status of the Asheville market,  Is there anyone willing to provide a snapshot of this?  Some data that would be helpful is how many wholesalers, flippers there are.

Thanks for that. I am using an assistant to do that. A company sounds easier than finding a good virtual assistant.

How are people managing their mailing lists (not email) for yellow letters, etc.?  I am considering putting addresses into excel and using mail merge for mass mailings.  Are there other options that are better?

All, thanks for the discussion! Does anyone have a good real estate savy cpa in mind? My understanding is that you pay self employment tax in an LLC and not with an S corp. My situation is as a flipper starting out, so I will have a couple deals coming through creating dividend income as well as some salary. I hear the IRS wants some "reasonable" salary to be paid to yourself in an S corp.
