wholesalers working together.
I was wondering if a wholesaler finds a property and another wholesaler comes along later and says they can find a buyer for them. First how much of a fee is the wholesaler entitled to compared to original wholesaler, or is it split 50-50. Second question does the original wholesaler not mind working with another wholesaler if they can bring a buyer to the table.
