Hi Biggerpockets,

The legality of wholesaling is sometimes questioned because of license law. However contracts are assigned all the time as long as there is language in the contract allowing for it and both parties agree to it. 

I am curious, in the world of business where else do we see businesses or individuals regularly assigning contracts for some sort of consideration?
