Hello everyone, my name is Brett and I am from NJ (bergen county). I am 24 years old and just started being a realtor last year.  I am starting this discussion because I want to get into wholesaling.  If anyone knows of the best way to learn or if theres a book out there which I can read I would really apperciate it. Thank you so much and looking foward in hearing from you guys.
