Potential Buyer Mailing Script

Hi All,

I am looking into starting a Direct Mailing Campaign to attract Potential Buyers in my area and network with them on deals.

Does anyone know of a good template to use when mailing out these letters?

Check out yellowletters.com. They have a lot of templates and suggestions on what you should say. I personally wouldn't use someone else's templates, but it is a good way to get an idea of what to say when you are first starting out. Just think about what point you want to get across to these buyers and then put it on paper. Make sure you have a good call to action at the end. Some quick line that makes them pick up the phone and actually call.
