My dad received a pretty decent settlement in a injury case at his job so he was able to give me $20,000. I have it sitting on an interest yielding savings account but of course that will multiply very slowly. I need some advice or ideas on multiplying that Money faster in real estate, what would you guys do?
Hey any luck with this? I'm trying to get a property under contract and one of the objection is that, the owner has a quit claim deed instead of a warranty deed. Have you found anything useful on this?

Hey everyone! I have worked up and assignment and purchase contract for wholesaling. I was wondering if anyone with experience in developing those could give me a hand with making them better?
I am new to Wholesaling, so I have not gotten any deals as of yet but I wanted to know if anyone knows of any title companies in the Chicagoland are that are willing to work with Wholesalers?

I am looking to build a buyer list using the Reverse Wholesaling method. Does anyone have tips on how to get in contact with real estate agents who will track down cash bought properties in a given area? I am having trouble getting real estate agents to do that for me.

I personally wouldn't use someone else's templates, but it is a good way to get an idea of what to say when you are first starting out. Just think about what point you want to get across to these buyers and then put it on paper. Make sure you have a good call to action at the end. Some quick line that makes them pick up the phone and actually call.

Sounds like a plan man! Thanks for the tip

Hi All,

I am looking into starting a Direct Mailing Campaign to attract Potential Buyers in my area and network with them on deals.

Does anyone know of a good template to use when mailing out these letters?

Hi, I am currently working my first Wholesaling deal with a home owner in my area. I am just wondering, what kind of useful information shoudl I be asking owner regarding the property being sold?

Sort of don't know where to start.

I'm sorry that I cannot be of any use to you, but I am just starting myself. How did that deal go with your motivated seller?

It actually didn't pan out to a deal. The numbers weren't favorable
