next step in a wholesale deal

I just have a quick question,

I have a few houses that have been sent to my email that have a nice ROI and a have a few cash buyers. What would be my next step to ensure that I can close on one of these houses?

This question is kind of like "I have this small piece to a rocket ship what would be my next step to connect this piece to the ship to make it start up...."    there is so much to know and learn along the way.
