Beginner Wholesaler Trying to Generate Leads

Hey Everyone!

So, I started the Real Estate Journey on my own recently. I am starting off as a wholesaler. I am still unsure as to what is the most effective method to find deals. I've tried zillow, Driving for dollars etc. and haven't found any luck. What are other methods I can use to increase my lead generation. Are there any websites? Any field work activities I can do to locate motivated sellers?

@Brandon Turner has a whole chapter dedicated to his book "The Book on Investing in Real Estate With no (and low) Money Down." Lots of good information.

Also, I would recommend searching "lead generation" in the BP and Forums.
