how to find hot buyers

hi everyone! im a new wholesaler in San Antonio. im wondering if you have any tips on finding hot buyers that i can add to my cash buyers list?

does anyone have names of realtors who work with investors or have a ton of cash buyers?

Craigslist, bandit signs, Bigger Pockets, and networking are all tried and true methods.  It will be difficult to get many agents to just tap you in to their investors/cash buyers.  This why networking is so important.
