Approach
Hello everyone
So I was driving for dollars in my market and I came across a very "high net worth" neighborhood where I encounter a "FSBO" on a custom home being built in the process. The home is gorgeous and it appears to be almost done (there was a crew working). I never had the opportunity to work with luxury wholesaling before so I need help.
How can I approach the seller? My assumption is the seller is a developer of some kind and I don't want sound like an idiot.
Any key points I can use when talking to a more sophisticated seller and what questions can I ask?
I'm willing to split this deal with anyone who is willing to mentor me through this process.
Thank you
