Marketing to elderly homeowners, does it work?
Right now I'm D4D but would like to add another lead source. Does anyone go after home owners who have owned their homes for a long time? I was thinking about targeting home owners who last purchased before 1970. Am I on the right track or does every other wholesaler do this to?
