Hello everyone, my name is Brittany and I am a new wholesaler in Norfolk, VA. I have not don't my first sell yet! I'm still in the research phase! I have been looking to do joint ventures with other wholesalers but I need to find cash buyers! So my question for BP is how would I go about finding cash buyers in my area? (Hampton roads and northeastern NC)
