I currently live in Norfolk and it's not a bad area. Duplexes in Norfolk are running $750-850 monthly in rent. So I think buying a duplexes would be a great investment in Norfolk cash flow potential great!

I was listening to a podcast and it mentioned a BP meet up! Since we are in the same area we should organize a meet up with other BP members to build relationships and network!

Regarding building a buyer's list, I think most on here would agree that is the 'easy' part and shouldn't be your focus - find a home run of a deal, and you shouldn't have any trouble finding buyers.

To that end though, a great start is by networking here on BP, and I'd highly recommend investing in a Pro membership - you'll have the ability to post your deals in the Marketplace, along with a host of other benefits.

Thanks so much for the advice if I replied to this the wrong way I apologize in advance! I read in an ebooks that it would be easier to find buyers and find out what they are looking for then find the deal! It was called reverse wholesaling. Has anyone heard or tried it?

Hello everyone, my name is Brittany and I am a new wholesaler in Norfolk, VA. I have not don't my first sell yet! I'm still in the research phase! I have been looking to do joint ventures with other wholesalers but I need to find cash buyers! So my question for BP is how would I go about finding cash buyers in my area? (Hampton roads and northeastern NC)
