Hopefully, that title will get attention. 

Put me on the right track. Seems a thousand gurus, mentors, coaches or others are on the internet offering wholesaling "instructions" or "how to" materials. Google it and you'll see what I mean!

Who has the best material out there? Who is running this train on wholesaling. What is the best course out there and how much is it?

No kidding, I'd really like to know! And, no, I'm not calling the authorities or hit them up for anything........just want to know to better understand where everyone is going.
