Investor friendly Title Companies in Baltimore, Maryland?

Anyone have a information on this topic? I am trying to find where the cash buyers are buying and their POC information to build my cash buyer list for the Baltimore, Maryland market. Thx!

I often here people say "get such and such info from a title company" Supplying info is not a title company's job. Most of the time I don't have clue why they think a title company would even  be a good source of the info wanted. 

My guess is today most title companies have a privacy policy that doesn't allow them to give out info. 

If you want to build a buyers list go to the Wholesaling forum. There is a post ot the top on finding buyers. 

When you are ready for a title company to actually settle a property I will be glad to supply one. If you search here you can probably find other posts I have listed them.
