Post: Investor-friendly real estate brokerages to hang my license

Hello, I'm a relatively new real estate agent and one of my primary reasons for getting my real estate license was to leverage it for real estate investing in my area, which is Northern Virginia.

Therefore, I'm looking for suggestions and recommendations for investor-friendly brokerages where I could potentially hang my license and be an active real estate investor.

One caveat, is that, I am a part-time real estate agent/part-time real estate investor.

Any insights from the members would be greatly appreciated!

@Sean Prato Nice post! I’m also in Fairfax County and just got my real estate license and trying to do investments as well. Let me know if you want to maybe team up at some point because I also don’t have a lot of upfront investment capital but perhaps our efforts combined could make us profitable.

Hello members, I wanted to find out if there are any real estate agents in the Northern Virginia area that can recommend Northern Virginia real estate groups? I’m a new real estate agent and I’m willing to work with investors and wanna try to meet some investors and like-minded real estate agents.

Hello members, I’m trying to join a real estate team, and I wanted to get insights and advice from fellow real estate agents on what their take is regarding either a small, medium or large size team? Please note, I’m a new agent with no real real estate experience.

Thank you in advance for your time!

Hello bigger pockets community, as a new real estate part-time agent, I was wondering what are the best ways and insights to find off market deals in this day and age? What I mean by in this day and age is, during the crazy pandemic and with a crazy hot real estate market. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
