Health Department notice on door of abandoned house?
One house we looked at today had a notice from the health department posted on the front door. Is there anything we need to be aware of when seeing these postings? could this cause an issue at closing for our buyer?

Yes talk to the health department and (if possible ) get everything in writing. If you cant, at least establish a contact person who your end buyer can talk to and get the same explanation you received.
Also congratulations. You just discovered a new source of leads via your neighborhood friendly health department. :)
