Finding Wholesalers to work with
My wife and I just recently finalized our first project - a duplex rehab that we found through foreclosure - and we now have two doors rented out and cash-flowing! It's a great thing, especially long-term, but in the short-term, this deal took up a bunch of our cash reserves so we're on the lookout for flip opportunities.
Which leads to my question - how do I go about finding Wholesalers in my neck of the woods (the Seattle / Puget Sound area)?

Hey @Rick Antezana. If you're looking for Puget Sound area wholesalers, below is a list of investors that I can think of off the top of my head that wholesale in the area:
@Larry F., @Frank Matanane, @Aaron Ramm, @Adrian Chu, @Kevin C., @Lori Valene, @Casey DeCaire, @Renata McCulloch.
