Hi,
Can you tell me how to get the expired MLS listings? Is it possible to just go to any real estate agency to get it? Please advise...

Thanks a bunch!!!

2 ways:

1) Get your license, join the local association and pull them directly from the MLS.

2) Pay an agent. An agent giving you info like that from the MLS may get the agent in hot water with the MLS. Be aware many agents specialize in listing expireds, just like some go after FSBO.
