Honestly the best place to start if you haven't already is to start listening to all of the wholesaling podcasts that are located on here. Then, read the wholesaling articles in the learn section.....there's so much knowledge and information all over this site. Everything you need to understand is here. The reality of it is that wholesaling is NO different than any other sales job....you need to be able to sell, market and network....basically get the word out. Having a marketing budget is going to be important, doesn't mean you need to have one but it helps!

As far as doing your first deal.....you're gonna have to find a motivated seller and in order to do that you gotta do the things listed above. Same thing for finding real buyers...gotta put that work in.
