Hello guys,

Can anyone involved in wholesaling give me some good sound advice?

Should I find buyers first before I find deals or find deals in hopes I can find buyers?

I'm about ready to pull the trigger either way but not knowing whom to contact first is a quandary. Any suggestions?

Neither. What comes first is learning the process, learning how to evaluate deals and learning your market.

You learn you market by going  out and looking at lots of deals. During that process you are likely to run into buyers.

I think a great place to go is to watch public auctions. You can go it an inspect the house, estimate what you think it will sell for and then get the answer right there at the auction. You will get real tie feedback if you are evaluating the deals correctly. It is also a great place to meet cash buyers.
