Listsource- absentee list generating owner occupied

I purchased my first list from Listsource  targeting absentee owners with high equity.  My list generated 269 leads but 69 of the leads have the owner of the property having the same address as the target house.  Is this a common mishap with listsource or is there some reasoning behind it?  Are these worthless addresses that should not be mailed to?  Thanks
