Finding Absentee owner names???

Hi group,

I'm trying to mail to expired listings, but I don't have the first or last name from my realtor.

Is there a way to access public records for Fresno County, in CA to get these names?

I've already tried the deed recorders website as well as the county accessors office info but it will only give me the information if I have the name (no luck) or parcel number?

Any ideas? Help!!!

Jason

I use property radar to find owner information and create mailing lists.
