First Potential Deal

Hi everyone,

My drive-by strategy worked and I just got off the phone with a potential deal. The family is relocating and needs to sell quickly without hassle. I'm going to meet the family and look at the single family house on Friday. Any advice for a first-timer? I know this will be my hardest deal, as it is my first, and I need the momentum of completing a deal!

Thanks,

yeah, know your numbers and stick to them. Don't try to make the deal work if they want too much. Stick to your MAO
