How do I look at a home belonging to an out-of-state owner?
Hello. The entirety of my question is pretty much captured in the subject line. When dealing with an out-of-state motivated seller, how does one go about getting access to the inside of a house. I have seen that some request a key to be mailed or request paperwork allowing for the investor to gain access via a locksmith. Are these the usual means of gaining access to houses in these circumstances?
