hey every one! i new to this website and since i have discovered it, i cant get enough.

i new to wholesaling and have been trying to learn everything i can on the topic. can anyone answer my question on the topic of title companies.

i seem to be having a problem locating a good title company that i can use to wholesale. does anyone know a good way to locate a investor friendly title company?

and if anyone lives in sfv of california can you recommend a great title company?
