My name is Micheal, and I am fairly new to wholesaling.

I am trying to dot my "i" and cross my "t" buy building a network of individuals who are willing to work on possible future deals with me here in Chattanooga. 

Can anybody provide some good alternatives to finding Pre-foreclosures besides websites that all have the same listing? How do I go about getting a good list?
