Newer Probate Files vs Older

So i have sent my 3rd mail campaign for newly filed probates. i just wanted to ask what your opinion was on response time from newly files vs. 6 month + a year old filed? i understand consistency is key and that is the plan. If i can get access to older files would that be a plus to cutting down the time frame?
