What are you all's thoughts on a wholesaler not acting as a buyer with the seller?

Hot topic. Point is, an astute wholesaler creates a win-win-win situation for everyone. What you're doing by wholelsaling is relieving the property owner of his problem property quickly and at a price agreeable, finding the property for an investor at a discounted price, and making a profit. There's nothing wrong with that.

However, going about that using suspicious or frowned upon tactics is up to the wholesaler. Remember this, if you do a property owner or an investor wrong, you'll carry that with you and you'll hurt your business.

So don't be an *******, basically. Be transparent and don't give people the run around.
