While working a deal with a buyer agent, is it best to have JV contract them as well? I figure it's pretty much the same as wholesaler to wholesaler where both are bringing cash buyers to the table.

So basically..if you don't pay your property tax you are considered a delinquent. After not paying over a certain period of time a lien can be placed on the property. 

..is that correct?

What is the difference between a tax lien and tax delinquent on a property?
