Will I be stuck with the house if I can't find a buyer?
Hey,my name is landon and I'm only 19 starting to take a jump into Real Estate. Mainly in wholesaling houses. I understand the idea of wholesaling but what happens if i can't sell the home I have under contract within the stated amount of time? I'm I forced to buy it with my own money?

Landon the question is do you have the money to buy said house if you can't find a buyer?
If you want to get into the business you may want to consider working with a local company as a bird dog first so you know there is someone who can buy it ..
Or study and get your RE license and join a team and earn while you learn.
