Where can I get a small list of absentee owners?

I use list source for wholesaling. I want to use wholesaling skills to find my own house to live in. I targeted a very small area and after entering all the criteria into list source the list is small. They have a minimum of a $50 dollar purchase on list source. Are there any other places to purchase a list where you can pay per lead without a subscription?
