i am fairly new to the wholesale business and i have been working on educating myself as much as possible about wholesale REI .. i just recently finished my website and feel extremely confident about my game plan. .. Me and a few other wholesalers have been working on finding great deals for investors and have had a lot of success.. now i would like to build a stronger cash buyers list in the Chattanooga area... and is it common for cash buyers to invest in another state??/ if so what are the best ways to connect with them and what would be some of the common things they look for when investing in another state???
