My wife and I are selling our house at 803 Poindexter Ave in East Ridge. We have owned it for just under two years. Everything is working great, you could move in as soon as we closed. It could make a great starter home, or a good home for someone elderly or nearing retirement who does not want the hustle and bustle of apartments or noisy neighbors. We had to do quite a few repairs when we purchased the home almost 2 years ago, so it has been updated a little bit. The zillow estimate "zestimate" is listed at $73,000.
