Interesting find while preparing marketing list

Hello,

I came across something today when preparing my marketing list. I noticed that there were more than a few owners for properties where the address was actually the name of the LLC. For instance it would say owner, 1550 SW 23rd St LLC.

What is that and why are people doing that?
