Does anyone have experience or recommendations on 100% financing on a rental cabin? I recently watch a video on you tube where it seemed like a pretty common practice of creative financing. I too would like to purchase a vacation rental.

Thanks

Thank you all for your help. I was thinking of a hard money loan to secure the property then sell my home to put the proceeds into a conventional loan.
any other thoughts would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response Wayne. Here are the lines which are crossed off from the standard contract. Line 86-124. 158-161, 164-176,190-243, 263-276, 335-337, 342-353, 375-411, 492-501. That seems like a lot but I wanted to give you an idea.

Also, the short sale says cash or non-contingent on financing. Is this normal? I really want this home but need to sell my current home first as I will be putting almost 250k of equity in the new home.

I am looking to buy a short sale as my and my family's home. When talking to the realtor, there are so many things crossed off the contract. I have never done this before and I am very nervous and unsure about putting an offer. Can some of the experts here give me some guidance PLEASE? I think I found our forever home...

Thank you in advance.

Bill

I found a house on Zillo that I would really like as my family home. It is in pre foreclosure and I have no idea how to go about looking to purchase it. Is that even possible? Thank you for any guidance you could provide.

Hello all, I am looking at properties and want to do a quick search on my own for liens.

Is there an easy (best) way to search for this?

Thanks

Hello, I don't want to start a debate on whether or not people agree with placing bandit signs for marketing but I have a question.

Those of you who place bandit signs, I am curious to hear how many go back out to pick them up before Monday?
