Seller Equity
BP Family,
I have a question regarding seller equity using the wholesaling strategy.
When negotiating with motivated sellers, what are the advantages/disadvantages of a seller having equity in the property they are selling. How does a seller having more equity change your negotiating strategy? How does a seller having NO equity change or alter your strategy? Thanks and let me know if I need to elaborate for clarification.
