How can I find the mail delivery people in a different town/state?

Hello BP, I could use your creativity and collective brainpower to solve this issue!:

I live out of state from where I'm marketing, with no car and a fulltime J.O.B. How can I meet the mail delivery workers in the towns (out of state) where I am marketing to? I want to have some feet on the ground to be my bird dogs.
