Starting the marketing part for wholesaling
Monday I decided to start my REI journey with Wholesaling.
Tomorrow I'm going to start marketing with basic flyers around my neighborhood, narrowing it down to homeowners that are divorced or facing foreclosure.
My phone number will be on the flyer.
Once they start calling and I understand their need, & have the home in contract,
Would I start to look for investors and database them, or should I partner with an investor now so I have one on hand when I find a motivated seller ?
Thanks in advance :)
