So first thing I'm 50% done with my profile for only one reason noun of this is real until I make it to Houston Tx. March 5, 2015

I'm going to help people in the wholesale of their homes.  I don't want to sound like a know it all. so if I do call me on it.

when I get to Houston I'm  trying to hook up with someone in the business but I'm not paying out of pocket I will give a cut of my deal.

but if that's not the case I will farm my door hangers and flyers and door knock on my own. 

I have been in real estate for 9 years I have listed homes on the mls 

but  what all can I do when thay say buy my house. 

like do I give a deposit 

if I can't find a buyer do I walk away 

can I say I could not get the money but here's a real estate agents name. 

all of my question are off the wall but I want to see my new venture grow and be of help to home owners and investors

Sounds awesome!  

You are on the right track!  Unfortunately, there are no resources for agents who wholesale.  

Correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like you are an agent who also wholesales.  

If so, I am as well, and have been in the business for 18 years.   

I think you are absolutely right to take your experience and help others by paying it forward!  

If there is one thing I've learned through my podcast at The Red Pill Investor or my blog at TenMinuteSkill, is that you don't HAVE to know everything!  

Simply take what you DO know, and share it with those who don't know.  You don't have to be a college professor to teach 4th grade addition.  You simply have to be a 6th grader who's been through it!
